How do I log into Force?

Learn the different ways to log into your Force account on a computer or mobile device (phone or tablet).

You can log into Force using your email address or mobile phone number. On an iPhone, you can also use Face ID.

Force Tip: Log in every day to keep your Care Team updated. You'll get a notification when there's something new for you.

Log in with your email

When your doctor enrolls you in Force you will receive a welcome email with a link to login to create a password and login to the platform.

  1. Watch for an email with the subject "[Your Doctor] | Welcome To Force Therapeutics!"

  2. Open the email and click the Login button

3. Type your date of birth on the page that opens.

4. Create your password. Your password must:

  • Be at least 10 characters long

  • Not include personal information (for example, your birthday)

  • Not contain spaces at the beginning, middle, or end

  • Not be all numbers

  • Not be a commonly used password

5. Type your password in both boxes.

6. Tap Log In.

You're now logged into Force. To use the Force app on your phone, download the Force Patient App and log in with your new password.

Future email logins

  1. Type your email address.

  2. Click Continue.

4. Type your password.

5. Click Log In.

You're logged in.

Log into Force with your mobile phone number

When your doctor enrolls you in Force, you'll get a text message from 48155.

  1. Watch for a text that reads: "FORCE: Dr. [your surgeon's name] has enrolled you in an online Care Plan. Reply Y to register and opt-in to text updates."

  2. Reply Y to register for Force.

  3. You'll get a follow-up text with a link to create your password.

Important: You have 3 days to use this link before it expires.

4. Tap the link in the text message.

5. Type your date of birth on the page that opens.

6. Create your password. Your password must:

  • Be at least 10 characters long

7. Type your password in both boxes.

8. Click Log In.

You're now logged into Force in your phone/computer's web browser. To use the Force app on your phone, download the Force Patient App and log in with your new password.

Note: To stop receiving texts from Force, reply STOP at any time.

Log in with your mobile phone number

You can use your phone number to log in after you've set up your account with a text message.

  1. Click Or Log In With Mobile Number.

3. Type your phone number.

4. Click Continue.

5. Type your password.

6. Click Log In.

You're logged in.

Turn on Face ID for easy logins (iPhone)

You can use Face ID to log into the Force app on your iPhone without typing your password.

  1. Go to your Force app, and log in

  2. Tap your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of the Force app.

3. Tap the switch next to Face ID to turn it on.

If you see a pop-up asking if you want to allow Force to use Face ID, tap Allow.

Force will use Face ID to log you in each time you open the app.
