If you're a Geisinger Health System patient, you'll log into Force using your MyGeisinger username and password.
If you don't have a MyGeisinger account, create one at mycarecompass.org.
Your MyGeisinger password must:
Be between 8 and 18 characters long
Contain at least one uppercase letter
Contain at least one lowercase letter
Contain at least one number
May contain one or more of these symbols: $.,!%_^*
Note: If you're having trouble creating an account, call the Geisinger Service Desk at 570-214-0003 or submit an Online Request.
Once your account is ready, go to app.forcetherapeutics.com/login/geisinger and type the email address you provided to Force, then click Continue.
You'll see a page that says "Taking you to your organization's sign-in page."
Type your MyGeisinger username and password on the login page.
Important: Only your MyGeisinger credentials will work here.
Click Sign in. You'll be brought directly to your Homepage in Force.
If you've forgotten your MyGeisinger password:
Reset it at apps.mycarecompass.org/MyChart/Password
Or call the MyGeisinger Service Desk at 570-214-0003
Note: If your browser has saved passwords and someone else with a MyGeisinger account uses the same computer, you may need to clear the saved password first. Click into the password field, select all the dots, and type your password.
After resetting your password, go back to app.forcetherapeutics.com/login/geisinger to log in.
