Force Tip: Before you start, try restarting your computer or device. This fixes most password reset issues.

If you're still having trouble logging in with the one time code, you can also reset your password the traditional way.

  1. Type your email address or 10-digit mobile phone number.

  2. Click Send Create Password Link.

Watch for an email from Force Therapeutics with the subject line "Set your Force Password." Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

4. Open the email and click Set Your Password.

  • Be at least 10 characters long

  • Not include personal information (for example, your birthday)

  • Not contain spaces at the beginning, middle, or end

  • Not be all numbers

  • Not be a commonly used password

7. Type your new password in both fields and click Log In.

You're now logged into Force.

Important: The next time you log in, type your password manually. Don't let your device use a saved password, or you may get an error.
