If you're having trouble logging into Force, there are two common reasons. Find yours below.

I don't have access to Force yet

You'll usually get access to Force 30 days before your surgery.

If your account was created more than 30 days before your surgery, you'll get an email letting you know either how to create your password or what date you'll be able to start.

One month before your surgery, look for an email from Force Therapeutics with the subject line "Dr. _____ | Welcome to Force Therapeutics". That email will have your instructions for logging in and getting started.

If your surgery is within one month and you still don't have access, contact your Care Team. You can also reach Force via the support tool in the bottom right corner of the login page.
