Adding Smart Forms to an Entire Protocol
Navigate to the Protocols tab and click into the protocol you would like to update.
Click the Smart Forms tab, then select Add Smart Forms.
Search for and select the desired form(s) you want to add.
Note: You can select multiple forms at once.After selecting all necessary forms, click Next to designate the intervals when you would like the forms to be sent.
Choose the appropriate timing for sending the Smart Forms. You can also set a Custom Day Range by entering a Start and End date for each form.
Once you’ve configured the intervals, click Finish.
Click View Pending Edits at the top of the screen.
Select Publish Edits to save and apply the new Smart Forms to all cases using this protocol.
Adding Smart Forms to an Individual Patient's Case Protocol
Navigate to the patient’s case and click the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner of the patient's header.
Select View Protocol.
Follow Steps 2–6 outlined above.
You will not have to publish the edits for the changes to be saved.
Once you have selected the forms and designated the intervals the forms should be added to, clicking "Finish" will ensure any changes automatically appear for an individual patient’s protocol.
